Taylor started with our company as an administrator and after gaining vital experience it was a natural progression for her to to move into a Property Manager role when the opportunity arose.

Taylor's positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond has built her reputation as a leading property manager, particularly in the Selwyn District.  As a Rolleston local, Taylor has become our Selwyn district expert, offering valuable knowledge of the market and the ongoing development of the area. Taylor is a valued member of BNI Breaking Boundaries and is developing networking relationships with other business personnel in the region.

With her love for connecting with people, Taylor is also involved in the business development aspect of our business, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to both new and existing clients.

Taylor enjoys spending time with her young family, and with her partner, and has recently completed the build of their first home.  She is Vice Chairperson of the Rolleston Residents Association and is very involved in community planning, such as the Rolleston Christmas Parade.

Michael Fantham

Thirteen years ago, as the company continued to grow and the need for additional staff arose, it was a natural progression for Robyn's son, Michael, to join the team. Having watched Robyn work with landlords and tenants since he was just eight years old, Michael developed an early understanding of the property management industry.

Michael holds a Diploma in Business Studies with majors in Marketing and Human Resource Management, bringing strong business acumen, excellent administrative skills, and a professional approach to his role. He is an exceptional communicator who takes pride in building positive, long-lasting relationships with both our landlords and tenants, ensuring they receive a high standard of service at every stage of their property management journey.

Grace van Boxel

When we needed a dynamic and energetic team member who could be our "go to" person, Grace came highly recommended.

Grace has a can-do attitude and it was quickly apparent that her ability to be flexible and adaptable would add huge value to our team.  With a bubbly, outgoing personality, Grace is a natural people person and loves getting out and about meeting tenants at viewings and routine inspections.

With a range of life and work experience Grace demonstrates a willingness to tackle all tasks with positivity and determination.

Grace has two teenage boys who keep her busy and outside of work she enjoys health and fitness and is a regular at the gym. 

Rebecca Bateup

MAINTENANCE ADMINISTRATOR | TENANT CARE TEAM

Rebecca works closely with Grace and Naomi in our tenant care team, a division of our business dedicated to guiding and assisting tenants through their tenant journey.

Rebecca joined our team with a strong background in media, administration, and people management. With over 15 years’ experience in the fast-paced world of broadcast news, moving into property management was a natural next step for someone who thrives on organisation, systems, and delivering excellent service.

Her attention to detail, calm approach under pressure, and ability to juggle competing priorities have made her an invaluable part of the team.

Outside of work, Rebecca is kept busy with her two young children and enjoys spending quality time with her family

Naomi Bakker

Naomi is a valued member of our Tenant Care Team, bringing over a decade of professional experience in customer service, administration, and relationship management. In her role, she delivers exceptional support to tenants, handling enquiries promptly and professionally while helping to keep our property management operations running smoothly.

Before joining Real Property Management, Naomi amassed extensive experience across customer service and administration roles in both corporate travel and the health sector, with a strong focus on building lasting client and colleague relationships.

A proud Rolleston local, Naomi lives with her husband and their two boys, who keep life wonderfully busy. In her spare time, she enjoys op-shopping and hunting for unique bargains and treasures.

Naomi’s friendly nature, excellent organisational skills, and genuine passion for helping others make her an integral part of the Real Property Management team

Bob Waldron

MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR | INSPECTOR

Bob originally joined our team as an assistant property manager, but it quickly became apparent that his strength was in maintenance management.

Having worked in various settings, Bob is skilled at identifying maintenance and advising on repair strategies that are efficient, effective and ensure ongoing compliance.

Bob transitioned seamlessly into a maintenance coordinator role, taking responsibility for conducting the majority of our routine inspections and keeping our properties well maintained.  He works closely with our contractors and owners to manage general repairs and maintenance, along with bigger renovation projects.

Outside of work, Bob is heavily involved with motorsport, in his capacity as a first responder in the emergency team.
