Our story
In 2006 the business was renamed "Real Property Management".
At a later stage, Daniel De Bont, owner of BlueSky Real Estate, bought into the Company, becoming the major Shareholder.
Robyn had built the business from scratch and her business philosophy and customer service matched Daniels own ideals in property.

Daniels vision to do real estate better, focuses on the vendors best interests, offering clients the ability to set their own commission.
This performance driven structure, along with the dedication of BlueSky's hard working team, delivers continued success for both the company and their many satisfied clients.
In 2021 Persephone Singfield and her husband Jack Forest joined the company as shareholders, Persephone bringing with her 20+ years of experience in her capacity as an investment specialist and buyers agent.
Be it buying, selling, developing, subdividing, renting or renovating, Persephone has a plethora of experience to draw upon when serving her clients.
Persephone has lived and invested in Christchurch for over 20 years and has a great local knowledge of values, returns and areas as well as the Christchurch specific challenges that may present during transactions.
She has assisted many with property transactions throughout Christchurch, Selwyn and Waimakiriri districts and has a good understanding of the various zones and district plans. Persephone loves sharing stories and ideas about anything property, but mostly enjoys the relationships wrapped around the transactions
