Viewings and applications
Each property listing includes viewing details and a link to the TPS Bookme portal. This is the best way to see scheduled viewings and register your interest.
Once you've viewed a property, submit your application and we will be in touch.
Starting a Tenancy
Completing your tenancy documentation is simple. We work with Tenancy Practice Service, offering a seamless online journey.
Once your agreement is signed, we'll arrange a time for you to collect keys and you're ready to move into your new home...it's that simple!
Tenancy basics
- You will be assigned a dedicated Property Manager, who is supported by the rest of our team
- Routine inspections are completed every three months
- For emergency maintenance, please phone our office, or your property manager, all other maintenance is to be reported via Tapi
